About "Meet The Surveyor"

The “Meet The Surveyor” (MTS) story:

Meet The Surveyor was conceived back in January 2008 by Sonny Walia where he started as a one-man band helping investors meet their surveyors for deals all over the UK.  

After getting extremely positive results for his many clients, the MTS business expanded to include over ten professional and conscientious agents who were experienced property owners in their own rights.  Together, MTS quickly became a respected name that was considered by their clients and many investors throughout the UK to be unbiased, professional, reliable and trustworthy in helping their clients to succeed in their property business ventures.

Mid-2009, MTS was sold to the Rapid Group with the intention of it becoming part of their growing empire and be expanded upon.  Unfortunately due to The Rapid Group having a few challenges at the end of 2010 MTS was disbanded and sadly came to a close.  

With a gap in the market, in January 2011 the owner and founder of the original MTS Sonny Walia decided that there was still a need for the valuable service of meeting surveyors and so taking the same name he created in 2008, he started up a brand new and much improved Meet The Surveyor.  Sonny vowes to build the new MTS with the same values and professionalism that made the original the respected and reliable name that it was with property investers UK wide.

Some seasoned investors may remember Sonny Walia and some new to the property world may not.  Either way we look forward to connecting with you to see how we can work together to fulfil your property goals and dreams.
